Abhishek Gupta is Assistant Professor of Law at Jamia Hamdard, Delhi, specialising in criminal law, banking law, and securities regulation, with a dedicated research focus on Islamic banking and finance. He earned his PhD from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia and completed his LLM from the Indian Law Institute.
