Biography
Colin Haylock RIBA, PPFRTPI, IHBC is an Architect, Planner and Member of the RIBA’s Planning Policy and Strategy Group. He is Principal at Haylock Planning and Design, Partner at Spence and Dower and former President of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2012.
