Biography

Hogr Tarkhani is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Rogers State University, USA, and a 2025–2026 Civil War Paths Fellow at the University of York’s Centre for the Comparative Study of War. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
