    Biography

    Dr. Sukanta Kumar Baral as an active academician, he has been closely associated with several Indian and foreign Universities for multiple academic deliveries. He is a well-known Author and Professor who specialises in Sustainable Marketing, Branding, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Research Methodology. He is an Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) recognised by All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, India. He has qualified QIP in ‘Professional Ethics’ from IIT-Kharagpur, India in the year 2010. He has earned 06 Indian copyrights and 05 patents in his favour and contributed 156 research papers in different reputed national and international journals. He is associated with 21 prestigious organisations as Life & Fellow Member. He is the Chief Editor of ‘Splint International Journal of Professionals’, a Quarterly Peer Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal since 2013. He has been conferred with 32 National and International Awards. His wide contributions are a valuable resource for practitioners, researchers and scholars interested in multidisciplinary dynamics and the evolving role of business in society. He has 28 years of rich experience in academia by holding several important positions at various levels and is currently working as Professor, Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce & Management at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University), Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India.

    Dr. Richa Goel is an accomplished academic with 23+ years of experience in Economics and Management. She is an Associate Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management studies Noida, SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, PUNE. A Gold Medallist in Economics, she holds a Ph.D. in Management with expertise in Diversity Management. Her projects on E-Shiksha, Women Empowerment, and Inclusive Banking gained recognition from New Zealand, Ministry of Finance. She has to her credit more than 20 Books published with leading publishers like Springer, Emerald, IGI Global, Bentham, Bloomsbury, Taylors & Francis and many more. With numerous papers in UGC, SCOPUS, ABDC journals, she is acting as the lead editor for Scopus International Journals and as Special Issue Editor for Journal of Sustainable Finance indexed with Q1 ranking. A special interest towards Sustainable Economies, SDG’s, Economic Development, International Business in Emerging Markets, Women Empowerment, leadership and entrepreneurship made her to go ahead with more than 4 books published in same area and a bundle research paper catering to same area. She is into trainings and had conducted many International and Global conferences like IEEE, global case studies Summit and had been a trainer for many FDP with respect to SDG’s.

    Dr. Tilottama Singh is a certified HR analyst from IIM and a proficient academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Work Dynamics. Presently working as Head of Department in School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. Her areas of expertise are Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and her teaching concentration includes Human Resources, Strategy, and Law. She started her career in the hotel industry with Leela Kempinski in the corporate head office in Human Resources and Training. Later, she joined the education sector with the topmost universities IMS Unison Group and Amity University, the leading university in Pan Asia. She has obtained her Master’s in Human Resources & Management with Distinction. Prior to that, she graduated in economics with honors and law with a distinction, with an added vocational course in mass communication and analytic certification from IIM. Having an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, book chapters, and conference presentations, she has been awarded the Best Presentation Award in international conferences like IEOM, MIDAS, and many more. She also serves as a member of AIMA and acts to lead and liaise between the student community and the industry delegates, with a keen interest in training and building sustainable models for business and society.

    Dr. Rakesh Kumar is a certified finance analyst and trained academic, researcher, and trainer with 24 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Work Dynamics. His areas of expertise are Finance, Business law, Labor Law, Technology, and his teaching concentration includes Finance, Business law, Labor Law, Technology. He is also involved in the course and syllabus designing and developing on various Management topics, including analytics, wellbeing, and management curriculum. He is an ex-Army officer and served in Indian Army more than 23 year in management, academic, operational, and training. He has been part of many reputed government organizations in the Army. He has been part of the board of Study, board of examination, Evaluation department in government organization. He completed Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Commerce (M.COM). Currently he is an academician in the Management Department in Uttaranchal University and acting extremely instrumental in strategic leadership. Having an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, book chapters, and conference presentations. Has published more than 45 articles in Scopus indexed journal including ABDC, UGC care and reputed international journal. He has been part of many conferences like AISC, ICIDCA and many more.
