Preksha Yadav is an academic, researcher, and leadership educator specialising specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Sustainable Leadership. She currently serves as Head of Department (HOD), Krupanidhi College of Management, Bangalore, India. Her scolarly work focuses on Sustainability, Green HRM, Digital Well-being, Artificial Intelligence in HR, and the Future of Work, with a strong emphasis reflecting her commitment to integrating technology with human values.

She has authored and edited several books with leading international publishers and actively contributes to global discourse on responsible leadership and ethical HR practices. Beyond academia, she delivers impactful corporate training programmes on leadership and emotional intelligence, bridging research-driven insight with real-world application.

Known for her human-centred and insight-driven approach, her work inspires leaders and practitioners to leverage innovation while upholding empathy, inclusion, and ethical decision-making in evolving organisational contexts.

 

Georges Samara is an Associate Professor at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business, American University of Beirut, specializing in governance, family business, and corporate social responsibility.
