Biography
Yaser Mohammed Al-Worafi, PhD, FRSPH (UK), is a Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the College of Pharmacy, University of Science and Technology of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. He has more than 20 years of experience in education, practice, research, and administration in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia, having taught, prepared, designed, and written courses and programs for many universities on clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, social pharmacy, and patient care. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers in international journals and book chapters and has edited more than 30 books. A fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, UK, Prof. Yaser has been recognized globally for his contributions to pharmacy practice, education, and medication and patient safety and is listed as one of the Top 2% Scientists of the World by Stanford University. He is ranked among the best ten researchers globally in several key areas, highlighting his dedication and expertise in advancing medication safety and effectiveness.
