Biography
Dr. Sathiyaseelan Balasundaram is an accomplished scholar-practitioner in the domain of human resources, leadership, and organizational well-being. He currently serves as Professor and Associate Dean in the School of Business & Management at Christ University. His research interests revolve around leadership, well-being at work, mindfulness, spiritual dimensions of work, innovation (especially in resource-constrained settings, e.g. jugaad), and hybrid work models.
Dr. Anuradha Sathiyaseelan, is an accomplished scholar and mental health professional who serves as Professor at the School of Psychological Sciences, CHRIST University brings to this volume over three decades of experience in mental health, well-being, and integrative psychology. Her research revolves around Wellness, Psycho oncology, Mindful and Jugaad leadership, and traditional wisdom. She is leading a lab called Antardrishti Indian Psychology Lab in CHRIST University, with a focus on research and training in the Indian knowledge system. Currently, She is serving as an editor for the International Journal on Traditional Healing and Critical Mental Health.
Bishal Patangia is a health psychologist whose research spans psychosocial adaptation, occupational well-being, and vulnerable populations. He holds a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature and an MSc in Psychology (Human Resource Development and Management) from Christ University, Bengaluru. As a Consulting L&D Specialist with KNOLSKAPE Solutions Pvt Ltd and TimesPro (part of Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd), he designed capability-building initiatives integrating AI into workplace learning and leadership development for First Time Managers, Mid-Managers and CXOs. He currently serves as Manager – Training and Development (Healthcare and Clinical Training) at Supertails Pvt Ltd and as Adjunct Professor in the School of Psychological Sciences at Christ University, Bengaluru.
