Dr. A. Heri Iswanto completed his Doctorate of Economic Sciences, Masters and Bachelor in Hospital Management. As lecturer at various Universities, he has also been researcher at the Center for Health Research - UI, The Population Council, WHO & UNICEF Projects. He frequently speaks at conferences and trainings sessions on the "Lean Hospital" in USA, Taiwan, Thailand, Iran, Pakistan and Malaysia.
