Biography

Gengzhe Yu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Shaanxi Normal University, China. His research focuses on the history of Sui and Tang dynasties and the social history of medicine. He has published several monographs, including Sensing Illness: Revisiting Medicine and Society in Medieval China.
