Aleksandra Kapela is Founder of Wingman.eu, Łódź, Poland. She is an aviation psychologist and human-factors specialist with over a decade of experience supporting pilots and aviation organizations worldwide. Certified by the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP), she specializes in competency-based training, KSA 100 assessment, and crew performance. Ms Kapela integrates psychology into aviation training and safety culture through practical tools and educational programs. Working with flight schools, airlines, and universities, she advocates for training environments that value both technical skills and emotional intelligence.
