Biography

Marc K. Fudge is a professor in the Department of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. His research focuses on public finance, equity and justice, and performance management. His work appears in the Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting & Financial Management, Public Financial Management, the Journal of International Finance and Economics, and several other publications. He currently serves on the California State University President's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board and he is the director of the Center on Fiscal Policy & Innovation. He is a former President of the Conference of Minority Public Administrators (COMPA) and the former Chair of the Section on Public Performance and Management.

Marc Holzer is Distinguished Research Professor at Suffolk University, Boston. He is Emeritus Professor and was Founding Dean of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University-Newark. Professor Holzer is extensively published, is a Past President of the American Society for Public Administration and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
