Biography
Tomasz Łukaszuk has a PhD in political science and administration, is a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw (Poland), and is the former ambassador of Poland to the Republic of Indonesia (2005–2010) and the Republic of India (2014–2017). He has served also as a Deputy Director (2002–2005) and Director (2010–2012) of Asia and the Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. He participated in research projects under the European Commission grants "Global India" (2017–2021) and "Eurasian Insights: Strengthening Indo-Pacific Studies in Europe" (2018–2022). As a member of the International Studies Association, he participated in conferences at universities and think tanks in Heidelberg, Brussels, London, New Delhi, Tokyo, and Jakarta.
