Biography

Takuji Hara is Professor of Industrial Management at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University. Norio Kambayashi is Professor of Human Resource Management at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University. Noboru Matsushima is Associate Professor in Organization Studies and Technology Management at Kobe University.
