Biography
Dr. Ajay B. Gadicha is a distinguished academician, researcher, and administrator currently serving as the head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, dean of Research and Development, and associate professor at P. R. Pote College of Engineering and Management, Amravati, Maharashtra, India. He earned his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in Computer Science and Engineering by the Dana Brain Health Institute and the Iranian Neuroscience Society–Fars Chapter, Iran. Following his doctoral studies, he undertook a post-PhD pilot research project in Vietnam focusing on video summarization. With over 13 years of professional experience in Computer Forensics and Information Technology, Dr. Gadicha achieved First Merit and secured the University Topper position during his Master of Engineering in Information Technology in 2011. He has an extensive research portfolio, having published more than 75 papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences, authored two online books, and contributed four book chapters to Scopus-indexed publications. He also holds 30 patents registered with IPR India and 15 copyrights in the domains of computer forensics and machine learning. His research interests include video forensics, network security, image processing, and video summarization. He was honored by the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendraji Fadnavis, for presenting the Best Idea in Computer Science and Engineering at Patent-Fest 2023.
Dr. Rajeev Kumar is an accomplished academician and academic administrator with more than 17 years of experience in advancing professional education. He currently serves as professor and head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Moradabad Institute of Technology, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a PhD in Computer Science with distinction, a postdoctoral Doctor of Science (DSc) degree, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Malaysia. Professor Kumar has extensive international academic exposure, having visited the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Malaysia, and Dubai for academic promotional activities. Under his supervision, ten scholars have completed their PhD degrees, while four scholars are presently pursuing doctoral research. A recipient of the Best Project Supervisor Award on three occasions, he plays a pivotal role in institutional development, curriculum design, and fostering a culture of research and innovation.
Dr. Sheng-Lung Peng is a professor and director of the Department of Creative Technologies and Product Design at National Taipei University of Business, Taiwan. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. Dr. Peng holds multiple international academic positions, serving as an honorary professor at Beijing Information Science and Technology University and a visiting professor at the Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology in China, as well as an adjunct professor at Mandsaur University, India. He has edited several prestigious journal special issues and has published over 100 research papers. His research interests span bioinformatics, combinatorics, data mining, and network algorithms.
