Biography

Michael O. Onolememen holds a PHD in Public Policy & Administration from Walden University, USA. From July 2011 to May 2015, he served as Minister of Works of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He was also a Member of the National Economic Management Team from 2011 to 2015; and a key member of the national steering committee for the preparation of Nigeria's National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (NIIMP) launched in 2015, and was chair of the Transportation Technical Working Group of the NIIMP.
