Biography
Ci Ren is Lecturer in Business Law at the School of Law, University of Leeds. Her research spans international financial law, fintech regulation, banking law, and corporate governance, with a comparative focus on emerging legal issues in the modern financial industry across English, US, and Asian legal systems. She has published over ten articles in leading law journals and is a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (American Business Law Association) and the Society of Legal Scholars, and a qualified legal professional in China.
