Thiago Burckhart is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Comparative Public Law at the UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Comparative Law, University of Rome Unitelma Sapienza, Italy. His research focuses on cultural heritage law, comparative constitutional law, environmental law, and international human rights law.
