Biography

David Pataraia is a Professor at Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Georgia. Professor Pataraia has been a practising lawyer and holds certain high-ranking positions in Georgia, inter alia, he served as a Commissioner in the Georgian National Communication Commission, the Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia and the Head of the Administration of the President of Georgia.
