Jonathan Paquin is a professor of political science and the director of the Graduate School of International Studies at Laval University, Quebec City, Canada.
Alexander Lanoszka is an associate professor of international politics at the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a visiting professor at the College of Europe, Natolin, Poland.
