Fulvio M. Palombino, Ph.D., is Full Professor of International Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and Adjunct Professor of International Law and Interna- tional Economic Law at Luiss University.

Pierfrancesco Rossi, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of International Law at the University of Teramo, Adjunct Professor of International Law at Luiss University and Adjunct Professor of International Trade Law at the University of International Studies of Rome.

Domenico Pauciulo, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of International Law at the University of Trieste and Adjunct Professor of International Trade Law at Luiss University.

Donato Greco, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of International Law at the University of Naples Federico II and Adjunct Professor of International Organizations and Human Rights at Luiss University.
