Biography

Karol Abratkiewicz is a researcher with Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) Radar Research Group, where he has served as an Associate Professor since 2023. He earned his Ph.D. (with honors) in Telecommunications from the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Warsaw, Poland, in 2022. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Polish Joint Chapter of Antennas and Propagation, Aerospace and Electronic Systems, and Microwave Theory and Techniques, and the Treasurer of the Polish Chapter of the IEEE Signal Processing Society. His research interests include radar signal processing (particularly time-frequency analysis), signal parameter estimation, and range-Doppler processing.
