    Biography

    Selcuk Agca graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in Ankara in 1978 with a high honor degree. He completed his MS studies in early 1981 while working as a Teaching Assistant at the same department. He then started PhD studies, however, preferred shortly to shift his career target from academic to industrial. He was with Foster Wheeler Bimas for 25 years, serving as project engineer, project manager, contract operations director, senior company director, and Member of the Board. Selcuk Agca also has extensive experience as a university lecturer. He was awarded the ‘’Year 2007 Assoc. Prof. Fahrettin Can Award’’ on management success by the Chemical Engineering Dept. of the Middle East Technical University and has taught engineering courses at Yeditepe University. In mid-2010, he joined MUDEK as an assessor. MUDEK is a non-governmental association that evaluates and accredits engineering departments of universities under official recognition by the Higher Education Counsel of Turkey and with the authorization to grant Eurace Label by ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education). From 2012 to 2015, Selcuk Agca served as an advisor to UB Holding of Northern Iraq at its Istanbul office with the title "Advisor at the Office of the Chairman." In 2014, Selcuk Agca accepted an assignment from the organization committee of the 11th National Chemical Engineering Congress and carried out preparations as well as full execution of a "first time" Student Contest on process design in a National Chemical Engineering Congress. In 2016, he started offering consulting services to Tekfen Construction Company on process plant projects.

    Giancarlo Cotone is a high profile executive in the energy industry, engineering and construction sectors. He has over forty years of experience in process, commercial, project management and contract management. He has "created" contract administration in two major global engineering and construction contractors such as Snamprogetti and Foster Wheeler. He has seven years of academic experience in public and private formation institutions for contract management and more. He is currently CEO of Fester Consulting SAS.
