Biography

Ramil Gachayev is a legal scholar and practitioner with experience across academic research, legal practice, and higher education. He completed his PhD in Law at Swansea University, with a visiting doctoral period at the University of Edinburgh, where he later led the undergraduate and postgraduate course in International Intellectual Property Law. His academic work focuses on intellectual property, investment, and AI law. He has published in established peer-reviewed legal journals, presented his research at academic conferences, and holds recognised UK higher education teaching credentials.
