Biography

Vojtech Mastny is professor of international relations and director of the Research Institute at the Bologna Center, Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of The Johns Hopkins University. His most recent publication is The Helsinki Process and the Reintegration of Europe, 1986-1991: Analysis and Documentation, 1992.
