Biography
Theo A. Klimstra is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study & Human Development at Tufts University. His research explores personality and identity development in adolescence and young adulthood, focusing on their connections to adjustment and well-being. He is interested in understanding why individuals develop differently, how they shape their life paths, and what factors contribute to flourishing or struggling.
