Biography

Mohammad A. Qadeer is Professor Emeritus in Geography and Planning at Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada. He has 40 years of experience in teaching, research and professional service at Queen’s University, Canada, including 11 years as the Director at the School of Urban and Regional Planning. Prior to his appointment at Queen’s, he taught at Columbia University and the Punjab University, Lahore. He was a founding faculty member of the Town Planning Department, University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore.
