Biography
T D Subash is an academic veteran, technocrat cum avid researcher, mentor, Innovation and Entrepreneurship cell. He is currently with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, R.M.K. Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He is an active senior member of IEEE. He was elected to a three-year term serving on the Board of Governors for the IEEE Photonics Society (2024 -2026). This achievement is one of many in his young career. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Master of Engineering in Embedded System Technologies from Anna University, India in the year 2008 and 2011 respectively. He completed his PhD in Nanoelectronics from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2016. He enjoys teaching and research. He has authored and co-authored over 100 research papers in International and National Journals and 46 papers in International and National Conferences in the area of Nanoelectronics, Nanoscale Device Modelling, Nanotechnology and Wireless Sensor Networks. He also filed 4 patents to his credit. He serves as the active member of Editorial board/ reviewer board of various international Journals.
Bikash Nakarmi (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Communication, Information and Communication Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, Rep. of Korea in 2004, 2008, and 2012, respectively. He joined the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2016, where he is currently a professor in the Key Laboratory of Radar Imaging and Microwave Photonics (Nanjing Univ. Aeronaut. Astronaut.), Ministry of Education. His research has focused on developing optical blocks used in optical communication and networks using Fabry-Pérot laser diode, biosensors based on nano-structures, and microwave photonics. From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a Research and Development Manager at InLC Technology Korea and as a postdoctoral Researcher at Nanjing University (2012-2014), China. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Research Professor at KAIST. He has authored and co-authored over 100 research papers, including 40 peer-reviewed journals, 45 papers in conference proceedings, and several invited papers and talks. Prof. Nakarmi is a senior member of the Optical Society of America and IEEE. Prof. Nakarmi had served as a committee member in SPIE photonics ASIA 2012, IEEE ICECIT 2021, and a reviewer of several peer-reviewed journals.
J. Ajayan received his B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kerala University in 2009, M.Tech and Ph.D. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karunya University, Coimbatore, INDIA, in 2012 and 2017 respectively. He is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Dean, Post Graduation Programs at SR University, Telangana, India. He has published more than 200 research articles (including more than 100 SCI articles) in various journals and international conferences. He has published seven books, more than 25 book chapters, and 6 patents. He is a reviewer of more than 40 journals with various publishers. He is a Guest Editor – Special Issue on P2P Computing for Beyond 5G Network (B5G) and Internet-of-Everything (IoE) by Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, and Special Issue on Energy Harvesting Devices, Circuits and Systems for Internet of Things by Microelectronics Journal,. He has served more than 10 conferences as technical advisory/reviewer committee. His areas of interest are microelectronics, semiconductor devices, nanotechnology, RF integrated circuits and photovoltaics.
