Jessica Jasch is the founder of J-Leigh, a wellbeing consulting and coaching service. She has two bachelor’s degrees from Queensland University of Technology and is currently due to graduate this year (2026) with her master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
