Stefanie K. Johnson serves as the Director of the Center for Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA, and Professor at the Leeds Schools of Business. Her teaching and research focus on the intersection of leadership and inclusion and she is the author of the Wall Street Journal National Bestseller, INCLUSIFY. 

Rebecca J. Reichard is the Doris Drucker Chair of Global Management and Professor of Leadership at the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, USA. She is the founding director of LeAD Labs, where her work focuses on advancing and aligning the research and practice of leadership development, particularly for individuals historically underrepresented in leadership
