Biography

Damian M. Bielicki is Senior Lecturer in Law and Director of the Law & Technology Research Group at Kingston University London. His work focuses on artificial intelligence governance and regulation, and emerging technologies. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a member of the International Law Association, and a member of the International Institute of Space Law. He lectures internationally and collaborates across legal and technical disciplines on issues at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.
