Biography
Ingrid Ulst is a graduate of J.W.Goethe Frankfurt University, Institute for Law and Finance (Germany). She currently works at the European Investment Bank. In October 2004 she received the research prize of the Estonian Academy of Sciences awarded to eminent young researchers.
