Marek Bugdol is a Professor and Head of the Department of Quality Management, as well as Chairperson of the Management and Quality Sciences Council at the Jagiellonian University, Poland.

Kazimierz Nagody-Mrozowicz is an associate professor at General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of the Land Forces in Wrocław and the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland.
