Biography
Albert J. Mills is Professor of Management at Saint Mary’s University (Canada) and Professor of Innovation Management at the University of Eastern Finland. He is also the co-editor of the journal Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management.
Milorad M. Novicevic (PhD, University of Oklahoma) is a former Chair of the Academy of Management – History Division and an Associate Professor at the University of Mississippi.
