Biography

JACK RABIN is an Associate Professor of Administration and Chairman of the Graduate Pro­gram for Administrators at Rider College, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He serves as editor/co­editor of several academic journals, including the International Journal of Public Administra­tion (Marcel Dekker, Inc.). He has authored or edited numerous books in the field.
