Kunle Akingbola is an associate professor in the Faculty of Business Administration at Lakehead University, Canada. His intellectual interests focus on complex interactions in HRM and strategic management in nonprofit and healthcare organizations. He is a certified HR professional with industry experience and a consultant to nonprofit organizations.
