“Guidance on the mandatory competencies needs to be both thorough and practical and Mandatory Competencies: APC Essentials is the handbook to guide you through. With its comprehensive consideration of the essential content of each competency it will provide candidates with structured revision material and a critical reminder of the many varied ways the mandatory competencies are woven into everyday surveying practice.”
Lauren Etebar, MRICS, APC Mentor
"The author breaks down the competencies in simple terms within the revision guide for the APC Mandatory Competencies. This enables candidates to fully understand what they need to consider for inclusion within their submissions and at assessment. This professionally written book also acts as a quick guide for Chartered Surveyors to refresh their knowledge."
Michelle Parkes, RICS APC Chair & Assessor
