Biography
Christine Fugate is a renowned interviewer and award-winning filmmaker whose work has been widely screened in theatres and on global channels. Throughout her career, she has interviewed a diverse range of individuals, including Hollywood stars such as Dakota Fanning, Johnny Depp and , Julie Andrews, sports icons like NFL coach Pete Carroll and Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush, and documentary subjects like Appalachian mothers, tobacco farmers, adult film stars and the members of the KISS rock band. She is an Assistant Professor at the Dodge College of Film and Media at Chapman University, where she teaches documentary writing and filmmaking. Fugate’s current film and research focuses on the memory and storytelling.
