Biography
Ravi K. Dwivedi received his most advanced degree, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT). Currently, Dr. Dwivedi holds the position of Professor of Mechanical Engineering at MANIT, Bhopal. He possesses over 46 years of experience, which includes 15 years in the Indian Air Force, 1.2 years in the industry, and 29 years in academics. Dr. Dwivedi has published three influential books and has authored more than 80 academic papers in prestigious journals and conferences. He holds two patents related to innovative machine design for tribological testing. Dr. Dwivedi began working in the field of additive manufacturing in 2007 and has since developed an in-house central facility for the Institute, named the Additive Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering Lab, which supports the academic and research requirements of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research projects at MANIT, Bhopal. Dr Dwivedi is the editor-in-chief of the AMSI journal. He is an editor, member of the editorial board, and reviewer for many reputed international journals. He has conducted numerous training programs on additive manufacturing in collaboration with MHRD, TEQIP, AICTE, and other renowned universities. Dr. Dwivedi is an expert member of several top-notch professional competitive examination organizations in the country and is a life member of professional societies such as IEI (India), ISTE, IIIE, and AMSI.
Premanand S. Chauhan is working as a Business Head at Gayatri Auto Industries, Gwalior, India. He has 28 years of experience, including 7 years of industry experience and 20 years of teaching experience. He achieved his PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India, in 2015. He authored two books, one edited book, 55 research articles, published two patents, and one patent was granted. He is the editor of the proceedings of many reputed international conferences. He is the recipient of the Exemplary Academic Administrator of Higher Education Institutes across India, conferred by The Academic Council of uLektz, and Director of the Year 2022, awarded by the Universal Mentors Association, India. He supervised more than 17 M. Tech theses, two PHD and eight PhD scholars are working under his supervision. His areas of research are material characterization, product & process design, and biomedical implants. He is the technical adviser of many industries working in the field of manufacturing. He is a Life Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (INDIA), Kolkata, Life Member of Indian Society of Mechanical Engineers (ISME), New Delhi, Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, Indian Institute of Welding (IIW), Kolkata, Indian Society for Particle Accelerators and Life Member of the International Association of Engineers, Hong Kong.
Anupma Agarwal is an Associate Professor at Parul University, Vadodara, India. She has over 18 years of teaching experience and is the proud recipient of a Gold Medal in her M.Phil degree and Teacher Excellence Award conferred by the Parul University Vadodara, Gujrat, India. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics from Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Bhopal in 2020. She has organized numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), webinars, seminars, and an AICTE-ATAL FDP to support the professional development of the university community. She has served as the editor for three Scopus-indexed proceedings, one Web of Science-indexed proceeding, and two ISBN proceedings. She has published a special issue of Journal of Micromanufacturing, as a guest editor. She has successfully organized six international conferences as Organizing Secretary, one as Joint Coordinator, General Co-chair and has contributed as an Advisor and Scientific Committee Member for various national and international conferences. She has published two patents and has been granted one design patent. Her academic contributions include authoring 21 research papers, one book chapter, and publishing an edited book with Taylor & Francis (CRC Press). She has also guided three M.Tech. theses. Her primary areas of research are atmospheric physics, materials science, composite materials and product development. She is a Life Member of several professional bodies, including the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), the Indian Laser Association (ILA), the Indian Society of Particle Accelerators (ISPA), and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong.
Avadesh K. Sharma is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India. He earned his B.E. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, an Advanced Computing diploma from C-DAC (ACTS), Chennai, his M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and his Ph.D. from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. With over 24 years of teaching and 11 years of research experience, Dr. Sharma has published more than 80 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conference proceedings. He has successfully supervised two Ph.D. scholars and nineteen M.Tech. dissertations, while several doctoral candidates are currently pursuing research under his guidance. His scholarly contributions include editing the book Biomedical Implants: Materials, Design, and Manufacturing (CRC Press, Taylor & Francis), many Scopus-indexed proceedings, and a book chapter on Aluminum metal-matrix composites. He serves as a reviewer for leading international journals, is an editorial board member of reputed journals, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India). His research interests include mechanical vibrations, finite element methods, composite materials, solid mechanics, stress analysis, machine design, and engineering mechanics.
Elammaran Jayamani joined Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus (SUTS) in 2007. Dr. Elammaran is an Associate Professor of the Mechanical Engineering program at the Faculty of Engineering, Computing, and Science. He has earned his PhD from University of Malaysia Sarawak in 2015. A creative educator for over 23 years, promoting sustainable materials research and development. Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Materials and Processes with expertise in Learning and Teaching, Research and scholarship, and Leadership and Service. Well-versed in training and mentoring students, research scholars, and educators. He has completed his Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (Higher Education) at the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers – Chartered Engineer (CEng) MIMechE (U.K.). International Professional Engineering (IntPE) U.K. His main research areas include Polymer matrix composite materials, Energy and Environmental sustainability, and Learning and Teaching.
Rajan Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IES Institute of Technology and Management, IES University Bhopal MP India. He acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Shankaracharya Engineering College, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. He received his Master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering and Management and Ph.D. from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, MP, India. He has more than 5 years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 40+ research papers to his credit in reputed peer-reviewed international journals. He has published 25 research papers in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals. He has been granted one Indian utility patent and four Indian design patents. He authored one books and four book chapters. His research papers have more than 621 google citations along with his 15 h-index. His research papers have also more than 390 Scopus citations along with his 10 h-index. He is also a reviewer of more than 5 International SCI/SCOPUS journals.
