Biography
Esther Menaker Is professor of clinical psychology at New York University and has a private practice. She Is also the author of Otto RanJc A Rediscovered Legacy and Ego In Evolution (with William Menaker). Paul Roazen is professor of social and political science at York University In Toronto.
