Biography
Michael Elleman is Consulting Senior Fellow for Missile Defence at IISS. Before this he spent five years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a US consulting firm, where he supported the implementation of Cooperative Threat Reduction programmes sponsored by the US Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.
Toby Dodge is Consulting Senior Fellow for the Middle East at IISS and has been researching the politics of Iraq and the wider Middle East for the past 15 years. In addition to his work at the IISS, he is Professor International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before he took up this position in 2011, he was a Reader in International Relations at Queen Mary, University of London.
