Biography
Ankan Dutta Chowdhury is an Associate Professor of Nanotechnology at Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Kolkata, India. He completed his PhD in 2015 from Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata in Chemical Sciences. He spent six years doing postdoctoral work at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan and Shizuoka University, Japan where he spent two years as an Assistant Professor and supervised several master’s and PhD students. His research interests include nanomaterial, biosensors, bioimaging, and drug delivery.
Ruey-An Doong received his Ph.D in Environmental Engineering at National Taiwan University, Taiwan in 1992. He is currently the Chair Professor at the Institute of Analytical and Environmental Sciences, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He is also the Dean of Tsing Hua International College. Prof. Doong is internationally known for his research in environmental nanotechnology, energy materials, and biosensors/nanosensing devices.
