Biography

Dr. Sushil Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Botany at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has published more than 35 research articles and chapters with publishers of international repute. He has special interests in plant secondary metabolites research and their applications in the field of biopesticide and drug discovery method. Dr. Kumar and collaborators compiled the information related to various plant groups and made available to the researchers through Food Drugs & Pharmacology platform which currently hosts four metabolite databases, and several are in progress. Dr. Kumar is a regular reviewer for several journals published by Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, and Bentham Science. He is a life member of the Indian Botanical Society. He earned his higher education from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Dr. Gourav Choudhir is a Postdoctoral Research Trainee at Institute for Bioelectronic Medicine, Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research, Northwell Health, Manhasset, New York, USA. He is a researcher in structural biology and computational biophysics with expertise in biomolecular interactions, molecular dynamics simulations, and protein structure analysis. He completed his PhD studying protein conformational dynamics, enzyme mechanisms, and structure–function relationships using computational and bioinformatics approaches. His research interests include protein phase separation, disease-associated mutations, computational drug discovery, and AI-driven structural biology. Dr. Choudhir has international postdoctoral research experience and strong expertise in GROMACS, PyMOL, Python, Linux, and high-performance computing.
