Joram Beda (Dr.) is an Indian Administrative Service officer and a medical graduate from JIPMER, currently with the Government of Meghalaya. His interests include climate resilience, renewable energy, and public health. His recent publication is “People’s Perceptions, Practices, and Traditional Knowledge on Climate Change in Meghalaya” (2025).
