Biography
Zofia Gródek-Szostak is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Business at the Krakow University of Economics. She is an accredited consultant of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) in the field of innovative consulting services of the National Innova¬tion Network (KSI) and general consulting services of the National Service System (KSU). She has authored papers on public financing of investments and R&D works and on implementing innovative solutions in enterprises. Additionally, she is a member of the Regional Studies Association (RSA) and the Polish Economic Society (PTE).
Henryk Gurgul is a professor in the Department of Applications of Math¬ematics in Economics, AGH University of Krakow. His research interests include econometrics, financial econometrics, economic growth, globaliza¬tion, energy economics, international financial markets, and input-output models. He is the author or co-author of more than 250 publications and is the supervisor of 25 PhDs in Poland and abroad. Visiting professor at universities in Graz and Klagenfurt (Austria), Erlangen-Nuernberg, Greif¬swald, Ilmenau, Saarbruecken (Germany), Trieste and Siena (Italy), Valencia (Spain), Koper (Slovenia), and Joensuu (Finland). He is the elected member of the International Statistical Institute (ISI).
Agata Niemczyk is an associate professor in the Department of Tourism at the Krakow University of Economics. She researches, writes, and lectures on consumer behaviour, cultural and business tourism, tourism marketing, ter¬ritorial marketing, silver economy, green entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. She is a member of a number of national and international re¬search teams. She is also a member of the Regional Studies Association (RSA) and the Polish Economic Society (PTE). She is the author and co-author of more than 250 publications.
Nina Dubiel is a lecturer, researcher, and tax administration expert special¬izing in tax risk management. Her research focuses on tax compliance. With extensive professional experience in tax authorities, she effectively combines academic theory with administrative practice, providing unique analyses of the effectiveness of fiscal supervision and the protection of taxpayer rights. Her work makes a significant contribution to the debate on the stability of financial systems and legal certainty in modern tax regimes. She previously served as Head of the Department of Finance and Logistics at the Akademia Nauk Stosowanych in Bielsko-Biała.
