"Liv and Sam have written the book that would have allowed me to understand not only how to be a better recruiter, leader and coach but also myself, had it been written earlier. Incredibly thorough and well-researched, it is a state-of-the-art walkthrough of best practice for inclusive leadership and universal design. This book should be on the desks of everyone who engages with others in the workplace."
Penny Terndrup, Leadership Coach, Legal Neurodiversity Network

"This brilliant book builds on fundamental management principles whilst integrating neurodiversity thinking to help managers work more effectively – and ultimately do less work. Sometimes we just need to have the right conversation, and this book equips you to do exactly that. We cannot overlook the impact leaders have on our workforce, and unless we equip them to support, manage and amplify the strengths of neurodivergent staff, we're missing our greatest opportunity."
Nathan Whitebread, Founder, The Neurodivergent Coach
"The book is packed full of illustrations and exercises that make it an engaging and therefore increasing the chances of leading to real life and on the ground changes for a specific and historically marginalised group of employees."
James Richards, Professor of Employee Relations , University of Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt
