Biography

Mackfallen G. Anasel is an Associate Professor and Researcher in the Department of Health Systems Management, School of Public Administration and Management at Mzumbe University, Tanzania. He is an accomplished scholar and specialist in reproductive and child health, as well as an expert in monitoring and evaluation. His academic contributions span health systems, governance, and evidence-based policy reforms in Africa.

Idda Lyatonga Swai is an Associate Professor of governance and Researcher in the Department of Local Governance and Management Studies, and Dean of the School of Public Administration and Management at Mzumbe University, Tanzania. She has over 18 years of experience in teaching, conducting both long and short professional courses, and has authored widely in the areas of governance, leadership, and gender.

Albertjan Tollenaar is a Professor of Empirical Legal Studies and Local Governance in the Department of Administrative Law and Public Administration, and the Director of the Groningen Graduate School of Law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He has extensive international research experience and has collaborated on projects across different countries, including Tanzania. His scholarly work focuses on public administration, law, and political science.
