Jean-Marc F. Blanchard is Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations at San Francisco State University (SFSU), Associate Director of the SFSU Center for U.S.-China Policy Studies, and President of the Association of Chinese Political Studies.
Dennis V. Hickey is the director of the graduate program in global studies and the James F.
