Biography
Evangelos Zoumbaneas is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist, a master practitioner in eating disorders and obesity, and director of the Centre for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders, Greece. He has dedicated his career to the study and treatment of eating disorders and obesity. He is a pioneer in the concept of nutritional intelligence, exploring the psychological and physiological aspects of eating behavior. He is in charge of the Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders program in Greece, in affiliation with the National Centre for Eating Disorders, UK, and has guided numerous nutrition professionals to become effective therapists and experts in the field. He has published works about eating disorders and the psychological mechanisms behind unhealthy eating patterns.
