Biography

Jose Anand A., Professor at KCG College of Technology, Chennai, India, specializes in Wireless Sensor Networks, Embedded systems, IoT, Machine Learning and Image Processing. He has one year of industrial experience and over twenty five years of teaching experience. He has presented several papers in prominent conferences, and has published several book chapters, papers in reputed journal, and also published books in professional & engineering subjects. He serves as editor for 15 edited books with major publishers.

Shilpa Mehta, Assistant Professor at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), specializes in RFIC and microwave circuits. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering (AUT, 2022), an M.Tech (The NorthCap University, 2009–2011), and a B.Tech (Apeejay College of Engineering, 2005–2009). With 5+ years of teaching experience in India, she applies Cadence technologies (28 nm, 65 nm, 130 nm, SiGe 8 HP) and optimization algorithms to circuit design. An active reviewer for Elsevier journals and IEEE conferences, Dr. Mehta drives innovation in electronic engineering research.

Ambarish G. Mohapatra, Associate Professor at Silicon University, Odisha, specializes in sensor design, IoT-based industrial solutions, distributed fiber optics sensing, intelligent/virtual instrumentation, and precision agriculture. With over 16 years of experience, he has authored 80 research articles, 3 books, and 6 patents. A recipient of the BPUT Research Award, AICTE CAYT, and Silicon University’s Best Research Award (2025), he serves as an editor/reviewer for international journals and a keynote speaker on IoT and wireless technologies.

Anita Mohanty, Associate Professor at Silicon University, Odisha, specializes in VANET, IoT, AI, and Machine Learning. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she has authored 55 research articles, a national book, and holds 5 patents. A recipient of the World Class Researcher Award and Silicon University’s Best Research Award (2025), she reviews for international journals. Passionate about tech education, she mentors students and conducts workshops on emerging technologies.

Nitaigour Premchand Mahalik, Professor at California State University, Fresno, specializes in Distributed Control Systems, Fault Detection and Isolation, Autonomous Systems, and AI applications in Industrial Systems. Author of 250 research articles/presentations, two textbooks, and five reference books, he served as Associate Editor of IEEE Sensors Journal and Founding Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Automation and Control. A National Overseas and Brain Korea-21 Fellow, he is a member of ISA, ASABE, and ATMAE, with global interdisciplinary Systems-of-Systems collaborations.

Subrat Kumar Mohanty, Professor-Director at Templecity Institute of Technology and Engineering, Odisha, specializes in Communication Systems, Intelligent Systems, and Wireless Sensor Networks. Holding a B.Tech (Mysore), M.Tech (VSSUT Burla), and Ph.D. (Utkal University), he has over 28 years of academic experience. Author of 70 research articles, 4 books, and 3 patents, he has guided 12 M.Tech and 1 Ph.D. scholar. An ISTE Fellow and Best Faculty Awardee, he actively reviews for journals and conferences.
