Dr. Deepti Dabas Hazarika
is a seasoned academician, academic administrator, and researcher with over two decades of experience in academia and industry. Dr. Hazarika is known for her strategic guidance in curric□ulum development and student-centric approach. Her expertise lies in management education and leadership development. She is passionate about capacity building and academic operations. She currently serves as the Dean of the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, and has been selected as the Secretary of the Delhi & Haryana Chapter of the Association of Indian Management Schools.
Dr. Arnab Chakraborty
is a management expert, administrator and trainer. Presently, he is the Director at the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. With over 18 years of experience in academia and industry, he has published numerous research papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals. His areas of interest include team building, managing systems and processes, developmental economics, digital marketing, and marketing management. He is also associ□ated with several industry entities such as CII, AIMA, AIMS, PHD Chambers of Commerce and other media houses.
Dr. Shiwangi Sharma
is an accomplished academician, researcher, counselor, and mentor with over seven years of combined experience in academia and industry. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, and has earned her Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2021. Her exper□tise encompasses Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic HRM, HR Analytics, Organizational Change, Training and Development, Entrepreneurship, Business Research Methods, and Negotiation Skills. Her research interest include HRM, OB, entrepreneurship, start-ups, and AI applications in HR, with contributions comprises of book chapters, peer-reviewed publications, and funded projects.
Dr. Apurva A. Chauhan
has over a decade of experience in the field of education and is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She is UGC-NET and GSET qualified in the field of Management and has published research papers in reputed journals, as well as presented her work at various national and international confer□ences. Her research interests include Behavioral Finance, Security Analysis, and Investment Decision-Making.
Dr. Neha Yadav
is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies, School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She has done her Ph.D. in Management from Amity Business School, Amity University Noida, First class MBA in Finance and Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has also completed Masters of Commerce from MDU, Rohtak. She is UGC-NET certified in area of Management and Commerce. She possesses more than 8 years of teaching and research experience. She has research interest in area of Behavioural Finance, Wealth Management and Financial Technologies.. She is professionally associated with Indian Commerce Association. She has participated in various FDP’s related to Research methodologies and Qualitative research. She has published several research papers in various UGC Care,Web of Science and Scopus indexed journal. She has published 2 patent in her name.
